To book a slot, please click here or client may whatsapp any of our admins. They will assist and explain the package including the terms and conditions.
Quotation then will be given and if client is agreeable to the price and the terms and conditions, client may make the online transfer for the booking payment to the company’s account number.
The package price does not include transport charges. Transport charges will be depending on the area where client lives.
Raw food materials are not included in our package. The customer needs to prepare sufficient ingredients for the confinement lady (“CL”) to cook the confinement meals.
Yes, we will fully refund the booking payment for cases of death and miscarriage only.
CL will be sent to client’s place after the client and baby have been discharged and are already at home. For normal delivery, CL will be sent 2-3 days after client and baby are discharged and for czer delivery 8-9 days after client and baby are at home.
Why 8-9 days after czer? To allow enough time for the wound to dry and heal because if the wound is still not healed there will be postnatal treatment that cannot be done and any treatment that cannot be done will not be replaced.
CL will finish work at 9pm and any job to be undertaken outside CL’s working hours will incur an additional charge.
Usually after the client returns from the hospital/clinic, CL will carry out any treatment which has not been done yet according to client’s preferred time.
If the client gives birth early, as per the estimated delivery date or late delivert, CL will be sent after the client and baby are discharged from the hospital.
CL will only be assigned by management based on CL’s availability once CL is confirmed to be sent to the client’s house because CL schedule is on rotation basis.
CL’s meal/food will also be provided by the client. CL will cook using cooking items and raw food materials provided by the clients.
For the hotel package, the client needs to provide raw food materials for cooking and we will provide all items for the postnatal treatment such as sauna, massage oil, body binder, body scrub etc.
For the check in and check out it will be based on hotel’s time. Usually the check in is at 2pm and check out at 12pm.
